I am a stay at home mom that had a baby not long ago. After I had my baby one of my goals was to get back to my pre pregnancy weight. I was struggling with how my body looked after I gave birth. Since then I have started a fitness journey and have learned to slowly love the way my body looks.

So far I have learned to much about what it means to be fit. I wanna be able to share the things I learn and healthy recipes I try and like.

I hope you guys are able to get inspired like I have been 🙂
