I made this smoothie for breakfast for my daughter the other day, she loves smoothies and they are healthy and super easy to make.
1 cup of milk (you can also add water or almond milk instead)
1/2 a banana
1/2 a cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
1 scoop of vanilla Shakeology (or a vanilla protein powder, since she is a kid I added 1/2 a scoop of Shakeology)
Since I used frozen strawberries I did not add ice but if you use fresh ones just add 3-4 ice cubes.
